GARY, Ind. - No allegations of illegal activity have been raised a day after Hillary Clinton eked out a narrow victory over Illinois Senator Barack Obama in Indiana's primary.

But Hammond Mayor Thomas McDermott says games were being played because Obama supporters wanted to put him over the top with the Lake County vote. McDermott endorsed Clinton.

Gary Mayor Rudy Clay is an Obama supporter and the Lake County Democratic chairman. He denied any misdeeds and defended the county's handling of the vote tally.

Lake County election administrator Michelle Fajman says she saw no evidence of an effort to hold back the count last night.
