| Feed My Sheep makes Thanksgiving possible |

Feed My Sheep is an annual food drive that
helps the less fortunate on Thanksgiving. It is based out of the Muncie Central
High School Cafeteria.
The organization’s founders, George and
Teresa Huggins, have moved out of the area, but the effort continues.
This marks the giveaway’s 14th
year with the number of volunteers increasing along with the |

Indiana learned about a proposal that would consolidate animal control efforts
in Delaware County.
The
plan took shape last month, thanks to a group of about ten Delaware County
residents.
"I
love this community, and I want to be a part of making something happen that's
positive," said Sarah Beach, who helped write the document.

| Ball Memorial Hospital lifts visitation ban |

| During
the spike in the H1N1
flu season, many hospitals instituted a limitation on visitations.
According
to Senior Administrative Director, Leslie Cowan, Ball Memorial Hospital
was one of the first hospitals in the East Central Indiana area to instate a
limitation.

| Elementary students get comfy for giving |

North View Elementary students
wore Spiderman
long underwear; pink, fuzzy slippers and some even tugged along their favorite
stuffed animals to school today. The outfits and accessories aren’t typical of
the elementary’s student body, but a special exception.

| Thomson
Reuters released its list of the ‘Top 100 Hospitals for Cardiovascular Care.’
Ball Memorial Hospital was named as one of those Top 100 hospitals.
The
list was broken into three parts: Teaching Hospitals with Cardiovascular
Residency Program, Teaching Hospitals without a Cardiovascular Residency
Program and Community Hospitals.
